Dr. Carolyn Spearman Davis

Dr. Carolyn Spearman Davis is the owner of SPEARMind Therapy and Sport and Performance Consulting Services, LLC, integrating clinical care, sport and performance psychology, and culturally competent practice, with over two decades of leadership in higher education, sport and performance psychology, and athlete mental health and wellness. Dr. Spearman Davis has held executive administration and faculty roles across medical, academic, and athletic settings, leading initiatives in mental health, leadership development, and inclusive excellence. She provides clinical services, consultation for athletes, teams, organizations, and supervision for developing clinicians and sport & performance professionals. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the National Leadership Development Committee for the Association for Applied Sport Psychology and is Past President of American Psychological Association (APA) Division 47 Section II.
